Privacy policy
Effective / last updated: 2026-07-20. This policy explains what Pahrump Well Service collects through this website, how we use it, and who we share it with.
Who we are
Pahrump Well Service is an independent referral and information site — we connect you with independent, local well and water-treatment professionals, but we don't drill wells, install pumps, or do the plumbing work ourselves. We're the connector, not the crew. Providers we refer report holding applicable Nevada licenses — always verify licensing and insurance yourself before hiring. This policy covers pahrumpwellservice.com (this website) only — it does not cover the websites, apps, or practices of the independent providers we refer you to. Read their own privacy policies separately.
Information we collect
- Information you submit. Name, phone number, and any details you type into the contact form (e.g., what your well is doing), plus the page you submitted from and the time you submitted.
- Call information. If you call the tracked phone number shown on this site, we (or our call-tracking provider) log the call — number, date/time, and duration. Calls to that number are not recorded. Nevada requires the consent of every party to record a phone call. If we ever begin recording, we will update this policy first, and you will hear a notice at the start of your call before any recording begins.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, general location (city-level), device type, and events like clicking to call or starting the form. This is aggregate, cookie-based analytics, not used to identify you personally.
- Automatically collected data. Standard web log data (IP address, browser type, referring page) collected by our hosting and security providers for operating and securing the site.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and connect you with an independent local well, pump, or water-treatment provider who services your area.
- To send you the call/text confirmations and follow-ups you’d expect after a request (only to the parties named in the consent language you agreed to when submitting the form).
- To operate, secure, and improve this website, and to understand which content is actually useful to visitors.
- To keep an internal record of your consent (the exact text and timestamp) in case of a dispute.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your lead form submission for unrelated marketing you didn’t consent to.
Who we share information with
Consistent with our third-party matching disclosure: when you submit the contact form, we share the information you provided with the independent local provider(s) best positioned to help with your specific request. The consent checkbox on the form names who may contact you — read it before submitting. We may also share limited information with:
- Our lead-management platform (GoHighLevel), which stores your contact record and the consent text/timestamp you agreed to.
- Our call-tracking provider, to route and log calls to the tracked number.
- Analytics providers (Google Analytics), in aggregate/cookie-based form.
- Service providers who host or secure this website.
- Law enforcement or other parties if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Pahrump Well Service, our users, or others.
If a request is later matched to a provider not named at the time you submitted the form, we’ll seek fresh, provider-specific consent before that provider sends you any automated marketing calls or texts.
Consent, texting & opt-out (TCPA)
Submitting the contact form does not require you to check the SMS/call consent box — it is optional and unticked by default. If you do check it, you’re agreeing to receive calls and texts about your request from the party or parties named in the consent text at that time. Consent is never a condition of receiving service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out of any text, or tell any party who calls you that you’d like to be removed from their list. Standard Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) prior-express-written-consent rules, the FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule, Do-Not-Call requirements, and Nevada’s own telemarketing law can apply to calls/texts you receive from a matched provider — this section describes our practice, not a guarantee of any particular provider’s compliance, and we recommend telling any provider directly if you want contact to stop.
Cookies & analytics
This site uses cookies set by Google Analytics to measure traffic and site performance. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking cookies won’t affect your ability to use the contact form or call the number shown on this site.
Data retention
We keep lead form submissions and the associated consent record for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected — typically the life of your service request plus a limited period for recordkeeping — after which it’s deleted or anonymized. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics’ standard retention settings.
Your choices & rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of further contact, by reaching us through the contact page. Depending on where you live, state privacy law (for example, if you’re a California or Nevada resident) may give you additional specific rights over your personal information — contact us and we’ll do our best to honor a valid request even where it isn’t strictly required.
Children’s privacy
This site is intended for adults arranging well, pump, or water treatment service for a home or property. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
Not legal advice
This policy describes our actual practices in plain language. It is provided for transparency to visitors and is not a substitute for legal advice about your own rights or obligations.
