2. What this site is

Pahrump Well Service is a publisher of local information (cost guides, diagnostic content, regulatory explainers) and an independent referral service. We are not a well drilling company, pump installer, plumber, or water treatment company, and we do not perform, supervise, warranty, or guarantee any well, pump, plumbing, or water treatment work. Any provider you’re connected with through this site is an independent business, not our employee, agent, contractor, or partner.

3. No guarantee about providers

We make reasonable efforts to connect you with providers who report serving the Pahrump area, but we do not independently guarantee any provider’s licensing, insurance, workmanship, pricing, or availability. You are responsible for verifying a provider’s license and insurance before hiring them — the Nevada Division of Water Resources publishes a driller/pump-installer license search at tools.water.nv.gov/DrillerSearch.aspx, and Nevada contractors are licensed through the State Contractors Board under NRS 624. Any agreement for actual well, pump, plumbing, or water treatment work is solely between you and that independent provider — read their own terms, warranty, and pricing before you agree to anything.

Cost ranges, diagnostic steps, and regulatory summaries on this site (including anything about Order 1293) are provided for general information and are not a quote, an inspection, engineering advice, or legal advice. Actual costs depend on your specific well, equipment, and site conditions; actual regulatory outcomes depend on your specific parcel and circumstances. Cost figures on this site are compiled from national 2026 cost databases (HomeGuide, Angi, DrillerDB) cross-checked against Pahrump-area quotes and public data, and regulatory statements are cited to the Nevada State Engineer, Nye County Water District, and NDEP with a last-verified date. Prices are estimates, not quotes — your well depth and equipment determine the real number.

5. No fake reviews or endorsements

We do not publish invented reviews, star ratings, or customer counts. Where we mention specific companies (for example, on our best well & pump companies guide), that mention is informational and is not a paid endorsement unless explicitly disclosed as one, and it is not a warranty of that company’s work.
